Overview
Although
USF Lakeland offers Industrial Engineering in its entirety, the
Junior Level Core Courses are available to provide the preliminary
coursework for a variety of other bachelor's degrees in engineering.
Students seeking a bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil & Environmental
Engineering have the opportunity to complete their entire junior
year locally before traveling to USF Tampa for program completion.
The core courses will provide students with an understanding of
nature's physical laws and many practical methods of solution for
real engineering problems.
Degree Program
The

with some courses offered more than once per year. This allows a
full-time student taking 12 credit hours per semester to complete
the core courses in one calendar year. Courses are offered in the
evening or late afternoon.
