Nov. 10th–Stroke Survivors Support group meets from 2-4p.m.

The Rath Senior ConNEXTions and Education Center, located in Bartow at the old Bartow Memorial Hospital site, is a partnership between USF Lakeland and the Coalition on Aging Think Tank. The Senior ConNEXTions Center is the “next generation of senior care” and is the only one of its kind in the area, providing connections to home health, transportation, intervention and information on Alzheimer’s, medication, educational opportunities, care giving and other issues relevant to senior citizens.
