LAKELAND,
FL (September 28, 2005) - The
University of South Florida Lakeland is holding two information
sessions this month for educators interested in pursuing a master's
degree in education. Both sessions are free and open to the public.
Degree programs offered by USFL include counselor education, reading
education and educational leadership; each program is designed for
the working teacher who needs flexible class schedules. Sessions
will be 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4 and 5 p.m. on Oct. 13.
Sessions will provide information on application procedures, program
requirements, financial aid and scholarships. The information session
on Oct. 4 will be held on the Lakeland campus in room 2188 and the
Oct. 13 session will be at Lakeland High School in room W106. For
