LAKELAND,
FL (July 2, 2004) - The
Rath Senior ConNEXTions and Education Center announces the July lineup
of exciting programs offered at the Bartow-based resource center.
This innovative center is charged with the mission to study the needs
of seniors, provide valuable education and connect seniors and their
families to vital education, information and services. This initiative
was established by the University of South Florida Lakeland and was
made possible through a financial grant by the Research Retirement
Foundation awarded to Dr. Rosemarie S. Lamm, Director, and a spatial
grant by Bartow Community Health Care Foundations.
