LAKELAND,
FL (August 12, 2004) - The
University of South Florida Lakeland campus will offer a new course
this fall entitled, "Career & Lifestyle Assessment" designed to assist
Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors in their professional growth. This
course offers 3 credit hours and will be held on Tuesday evenings from
6:00-8:50 p.m. in room RSC 6300 on the USF Lakeland campus, located
at 3433 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland.
The course begins on August 23,
2004.
The course is designed to promote a deeper knowledge of career
counseling theories and techniques, how to effectively look at the job
market, excelling in job placement and acknowledging physical demands
of a job, client limitations and educational requirements. Space is
